Refund policy

We want you to love your TrailTots™ 3-in-1 Baby Changing Backpack. If you change your mind, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. To start a return, email support@trailtots.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
