Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days.

Average delivery time is 6–14 business days. We're a small Australian business that works with a logistics partner overseas, which keeps our prices low.

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–4 business days to show its first update.

If you've entered the wrong address, email support@trailtots.com straight away with "URGENT" in the subject line so we can fix it before dispatch. We can't offer compensation for parcels that can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

TrailTots isn't responsible for parcels the courier confirms as delivered that are later reported lost or stolen.
