About Us
Hi, we're TrailTots.
We're a small Australian business with one goal: making days out with a little one easier. Anyone who has tried to change a nappy on a park bench, in a car boot or in a cramped café bathroom knows how much it can turn a good outing into a stressful one.
That's why we focus on one product and try to get it right: the TrailTots™ 3-in-1 Baby Changing Backpack. It's a nappy bag, a backpack and a fold-out changing station in one, so you can carry everything hands-free and have a clean, padded spot to change your baby wherever you are.
How we work
To keep our prices fair, we work with a trusted logistics partner overseas. Your order is packed and shipped directly from their warehouse, which is why delivery usually takes 6–14 business days. Every order comes with tracking, and we keep an eye on it until it reaches you.
Our promise to you
- Real people, real replies. Email us any time at support@trailtots.com and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days.
- 30-day returns. If it's not right for your family, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Secure checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.
Thank you for supporting a small business. We hope TrailTots makes your next adventure with your little one a bit easier.
