Overview. This website is operated by TrailTots. By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Products and pricing. We aim to display products, colours and prices accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colours exactly. Prices may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, including orders affected by a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payments. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

Shipping and returns. Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

Product use. Always supervise your child while using the changing station, and never leave a child unattended on it. Follow all care and usage instructions provided with the product.

Intellectual property. All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the TrailTots™ name, belongs to TrailTots and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, TrailTots is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes. We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on this page.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
